The newly developed EKFL85 mortise is available in a wide range of backsets from 35mm to 75mm, an innovation that ensures the mortise will fit most EKFL85-sized door frames on the market. This change provides customers with a seamless transition from mechanical to electric locks. It makes the installation process easier and quicker, eliminating the need for cumbersome modifications to existing door frames.

Construction

In the new EKFL85 mortise, the latch features a combination of a standard latch and an anti-friction latch, ensuring easy closing. Crafted from 304 material, the latch, deadbolt, and spindle follower are robust and reliable. Additionally, the case boasts a thickness of 1.5mm and is made of rust-resistant, durable 430 material.
